what are effects on people's life who are born during solar eclipse / lunar eclipse?

I heard that they will be easily susceptible to witchcraft, troubled by ghosts, mentally ill?

Prince William - June 21 , 1982 . there was solar eclipse.

Interesting chart not only born on eclipse day , 6 planets placed in 12th house to ascendant

Also note that the native is born in rahu dasa period
