I've read about how changing locations can do wonders for people with illnesses and read a blog about how some people's troubles got away just by moving because of an advice given by someone else analyzing their horoscope.  It's the same thing for me too.  I was emotionally breaking down every day when i was in America and i took a semester off to go to korea to be with my dad.  I haven't had any emotional troubles and feel like something's changed.
What do you guys feel about this?  i kind of want to know what the impact of changing locations is for a birth chart or the general horoscope of a person.

I am of the view that certainly such things happen. Change of place can bring good things in life. But it cannot be generalised. The birth charts do indicate the advantages and disadvantages of changing places. 3rd, 4th and 10th house analysis certainly throw some light on those matters. Not only those houses , the lord or dipositor of the house, and its placement also needs to be analysed. D3, D4 charts should not  be ignored. Moreover the Dasa period in operation at the point of time when such event take place do contribute either way

But changing places does not change one's horoscope. The natal chart is fixed. If an event has to happen, it will happen whatsoever it may be. None can change the natal chart and it is fixed for ever

Hi GeeEyeE,
Rightly said by Govardhan ji that charts does not change with change of place.
Natal charts remain same thru out your life and is constant

Yes, I have also heard about change in situation or mostly emotional level with change of
place.I have heard also few astrologers making prediction and sometimes quite right about
place whihc may suit you.

But this does not change the events drastically though it may make few changes or give some
emotional relaxation.

like , for example ... though very very basic example without any further considerations,
that natives with 8th house moon should stay away from water as water is source of
trouble for them(i have seen 8th house moon native suffering from hydrophobia or even sometimes
staying away from taking bath)
So generally places away from water may make them feel good as compare to places close to
water(like Mumbai, Chennai etc)

i see.   I'm sorry but is there any proof of this?  like an example of how a celebrity or criminal who was born somewhere, who relocated in a different location had the same fate?

Hi Geeteye ,
Can we work it other way round
Have you seen this happening that change of place causes change in fate .
Or do you have any strong logic behind this theory.
