I am of the view, the verdict will be inert and confusing . There will not be any clarity in the Judgement. Judges mind will be confused and would have been greatly influenced by the Government and the judgement will not be straightforward and it would be prejudiced.

On the second look of  the planetary conditions at the time of judgement, it may not be surprising to hear if one of the judge may get into severe health problem before the judgement day, thus upseting the judgement being given on that day. I donot wish to comment more on judges health as the indication appears to more serious.

it appears the Judge's position is very precarious and their mind getting influenced due to Rahu's aspect on Moon

Overall , if Judgement if at all given , is going to  be divided and confused, with no clarity. This judgement there is a probalbility of governent getting into troubled situation and may find it difficult to survive. The headache for Government of India is going to be more and uncontrollable  The alliance Political Partner of the Governement of India would not know which side to take  

September 30, 2010  is going to be bad day for such crucial judgement as I see a revolt to happen in large scale . It appears that it is going to be count down for the fall . This judgement is not only be unpleasant to the both the disputing community, but also the other major community is also going to get effected. Interanationally , this judgement would be criticised , as the judgement pronoucnement  is going to utter some words which would effect the basic fundamental principle of any religious or spiritual institution
