Though the following post may not be relevant to the topic, but incidental to the subject of cheating. Hereunder I give some excerpts from a book by a leading author  On the topic of cheating and dishonesty, the authors writes as under

IF the 4th is combined with a malefic, or its lord has evil aspect or if it lies between malefics , the person will be a cheat

If the 4th be combined with Sani, Kuja or Rahu with out any benefics influence and if the lord of the 10th is an evil planet, and occupies the 4th with evil aspects, the person will be dishonest

If the lord of 4th joins Sani, Mandi or Rahu and is conjioined with Rahu  or aspected by evil planets , the heart will be rotten

If the lord of the 8th with a malefics or joins with Rahu , the 4th aspected by evil planet and if the 4th is unaspected by benefics and combined with malefic, the person will be a dissikilator, liar, or cheat

If the 4th is occupied by the sun and weak Moon, the person will have dishonesty for a short time

On Kalatra bhava the authors adds

Chastity in iteself is an admirable quality, but to have a comfortable home where external miseries have to be forgotten, the wife must not only be good and loving, but also be chaste From good wives the author takes the reader to bad wives, such as drinking, quarrelsome, cruel hearted, whoring and otherwise criminally inclined wives., There are wives who murder their husband, their chidlren, theri lovers who become hateful to them after some time, who poison people, whose hear are as black as the darkest nights, who run away from their homes with sub standard people and very degrading type, who are givven to excessive drinking and lying and who quarrel with their husbands and make their lives most miserable. They certainly form the majority among women. While elucidating various  placement of planets, he gives the following

When the lord of the 7th or Sun is in an evil sign or Navamsa, aspected or joined by a malefic , the wife will become a drunkard

If the lord of the 7th is Moon aspected by or is in conjunction with a malefics  or joins an evil signs or Navamsa, the wife will be crooked or always taking quiet perverse views and opposing the husband and realtions , she will be hard hearted or devoid of any love , grace in a women and will be sinful. The last means, that she will be adulterous, unreligious or fond of sinful deeds and will have unholy thoughts Degrees of sinfulness, cruelty and crookedness must be differentiated by the relative strength of the planet and his asoociations and aspects and no hasty judgement ought to me made or pronounced. There will be a great gulf of difference between a woman who is a regular street prostitute and who is thoroughly  reckelss of her health and reputation and modest woman who may err in her life under very strong and passionate temptation So also with a woman who gets cross occaionally with her husband and make him drink deep the bitter cup of unhappy marriage.

Some women are crooked to the husband and quite agreeable to others. Others are crooked to both. Some are crooked to relations while yet some woman are crooked to both to the husband and realtions or other

The lord of the 7th Moon and Sukra must be beneficial signs or Navamsa, and they must lso occupy their won or friendly or exaltation houses and must further join Mridwamsa, to make the wife charitable and dignified

The originalwords are Punyasila or fond of virtuous deeds and Sucharita or one who bears good character. Both words indicate chastity as well as eageness to do good to others. I have used dignified specially with a veiw ot convey the idea, that a dirty or sinful woman  even if committed untentionally or otherwise can never be dignified . Adulterous woman may be charitable as many of them are, but no real dignity can be claimed by them or given to them and they are sinful always . A woman who has committed any sexual act either before or after marriage can never be dgnified and would be please to the eyes of GOD. They can never wash the sins .They may have the social gloss but not the real dignity

If Kuja is the lord of 7th  joins cruel shastiamsas such as Raksha, Pratapuri etc with power and in debilitation , unfriendly house or in combustion and occupies Pakshi or satru  or with Rahu   or in Satru Drekkanna, she will be cruel hearted , adulterous and given to misbheaving. Any one of the evils enumerated above is enough to produce a bad wife, but if all these evils sources of power accrue ot kuja , he will produce a wife that would be a terror and source of miserty to the poor husband. Husbands may willingly prostitute their wives for money or power , the wives may do so on their own inititation, they may stand in open adultery and may even control and mruder their husband

Buda seems to be more cruel than even Kuja, when he is a bad and owns 7th house. In such a bad situtation the women will not only murder her husband but will also become the agent for the destruction of family

When guru happens to bad or badly placed or aspected by debilitated Mars, he will give a bad, quarrelsome and uncharitable , unchaste filthy wife and at times the wife may be instrumental in killing her husband or deceitful lover

When Sukra being the 7th lord is in unfriendly , malefic or debilitated house or evil shastiamsas, the wife be like a prostitute , cruel heaterd and given to theiving habits Bad Sukra gives an undeseirable wife

Chastity in a woman has been considered the greatest virtue and all other qualities, however good they may be fall behind that noble trait. When a women slips in her chastity, howsoever she may  be good afterwards, will have no value and she becomes a sinner in herlife . It can never be rectified and there is no remedy for it. Chastity secure for a woman a moral stamina , a saintly nobility and an elevation in ethereal currents which makes her morally strong. and those who incur the displeasure of such a woman will pay a very heavy penatly in their lives, which is not the case with a woman who have erred even once in their life time.

When Sani becomes the lord of the 7th and joins unfriendly sign or Neecha, or placed in such Navamsa with a malefic the wife will become adulterous , heartless and will cause disgrace to the family. Sani would inflict a series of miseries , which otheres are not able to do when he is evil and joins a malefics

Venkateswara now refers to Rahu and ketu influence If Rahu or ketu occupy the 7th in conjunction with evil planets or possess their evil aspect the wife will be a mean minded woman. Meanness of mind adds poison to evey act of human life and causes miseries to othes as well as to the person concerned. If Rahu or ketu joins debilitated kuja and aspects the 7th lord , the wife would poison her husband, court disgrace cause and make the husband to suffer. Unless othewise otheer alievating factors are seen, such combination would make the patner to kill the native with a pretnetious and faudulent love. Rahu and ktu  are dark planets and they govern poisons, fires and other cruel acts and they are evil

IF the lord of birth in conjunction with an evil planet and Rahu occupies lagna, the person has fears from deception and thieves. and if to the above combination there is a conjunction or aspect of Saturn, there will be fear from cheats, thieves and rulers.

The commentary on the above , by the author goes as below

" It is very essential for the well being of a person that his birth lord should be strong and that the evil conjunctions should not be found in the birth sign. IF Rahu occupies Lagna and its lord is in conjunction with an evil planet then the person will be [b}easily cheated [/b] , his protperty stolen and he will become a great loser. If Sturn is apsecting or combining such a combination with that given above then there will be losses through the fear of the rulers who happen to be bad men. Thieves , cheats, swindlers , dacoits, robbers and such other men are a terrible menace , danger, and destruction to all the innocent and simple men, and the various subterfuges, these rascals use in their unfarious trades are swords hanging on the necks of law abiding people"
