Hi all
In a birth chart a Uchhaa graha is in Neecha state In Nawansa, what does it imply Ex:If some one has a say bawme Dosha does the above mentioned state cancel or mitigate the dosha.
Can we discuss about this state in general.

Ok Let me give an introduction :
Nawasha is 1/9 of a Rasi in other words 9 padas ( 2 ¼ of naksshastra per Rahi ).
Therefore
Mesha lagana mesha nawamsha  Aswida 1 Pade
Mesha lagana Whushambe nawamsha  Aswida 2 Pade etc

In Manasagari system:
Chandra is Germinator
Lagna is Flower
Nawamsha is the Fruit

It is said Wargottama is trated special even in neecha state

But what happens when in Rahi chart a planet is  Uccha but in nawamsha it becomes Neecha. Or vise versa

Applying above if Mind ->Chandra(I think its Chandra chart) is root and Physical -> lagna chart is the physical next evaluation of the first and finally the useful output  (athma )  is Nawamsha

Is this not an evolution process where there is a input and a output

Am I correct?.
