i was reading about Atmakaraka's and i came apon this "When the Atmakaraka is with Rahu or Ketu, or when Rahu or Ketu is in the eighth from Atmakaraka, then find out the lord of the eighth from Atmakaraka. He then becomes Mahesvara" and "When the Atmakaraka is exalted or is in his own house, then note who is stronger among the lords of the eighth and twelfth from Atmakaraka. The stronger one will then be Mahesvara." I googled Mahesvara looked everywhere for it means. I still dont understand.. Can someone please explain what it is and what it does ..

I suggest you read  Jaimini Astrology by Sanjay Rath. You will get the answer to your question

I suggest please DO NOT Read Sanjay Rath's books nor follow his astrology though SJC has made Astrology popular But he is a Ponga Pundit especially Newcomers in Astrology all his guidance is misleading and complicated hoch-poch astrology cooked-up paramparas that SJC follows

I do not have any personal enimity with Mr. Sanjay Rath BUT YES for his Astrology teachings i am against for his teaching for that i have enough proofs and got convinced (which is again my personal) no doubt SJC has done very good job in promoting Astrology per se.. But at the same time  they have Currupted/Twisted the Astrology deviating from Ancient teachings of rishis...

Now as far as his predictions it's better not to talk there's any single predictions come or been able to Predict
