This is what was predicted in my article on the above , which appeared in the recent edition of EST

Quote:
Going by the above observation, the Jupiter transit in Pisces with direct influence of Saturn and Mars entry in LEO would give much severe eruption in this active Eyjafjallajökull. The present crisis of severe ash been thrown out in the atmosphere is going to continue unabated putting Air travel to be disarray across the globe. Moreover Mars in Leo can create high rise in temperature across Europe. More lava would be spewed disturbing the nearby area. This eruption could create ecological disaster in future. It may not be surprising if we hear that there is going be unprecedented eruption creating a devastating situation across Europe, when Mars enter Virgo where Saturn is currently transiting in the Month of August 2010. During that period Jupiter would be retrograde motion in its own house

Volcano growls again; Heathrow, Gatwick airports shut
Britain said flights to and from Belfast and other parts of Northern Ireland would be halted from 0600 GMT to 1200 GMT on Sunday because of an ash cloud from an Icelandic volcano. The National Air Traffic Service's statement marked an extension of a previous no-fly decree issued on Saturday night that excluded Belfast.

In April, ash from the volcano caused widespread disruption across Europe when a number of countries closed their airspaces for nearly a week as a safety precaution. Since then the ash has periodically forced the short-term closure of parts of airspace in some European countries.

Europe Summer Tourism may take a hit from the news of possible eruption of Katla Volcano. Its very bad news for Europe Tourism since Katla Volcano could cause troubles in peak time of travel season.

Group of scientists study suggests that Katla Volcano may be preparing for big showdown pretty soon. Another factor which fuels this fear is that throughout history Katla Volcano has erupted somewhere around same time as Eyjafjallajokull Volcano.

Katla Volcano Eruption will be bigger and the effect would be much larger than the Eyjafjallajokull Volcano. Katla has been silence for 90 years and experts believe its only matter of time before it will erupt. According to the report, recent earthquake activity at the site has increased the possibility of eruption by 200 per cent.

This news is quite scary for Tourism Industry in Europe and for Air Travel Industry which is yet to recover from the losses by Eyjafjallajokull Volcano. Katla Volcano is bigger in size and eruption could create even worse situation then previously. This puts Europe Tourism in pretty hot seat as tourists season has just begun in various countries.

If the volcano erupts it will devastate the entire tourism sector in Europe which is already suffering a lot. Tour Operators and Hotel Industry is hoping that the volcano may not erupt at least not the travel season especially since the falling Euro has made Europe an attractive destination.
