I am of the view if the fligt take off is delayed by few minutes time as it could prevent any major chemical leak in the space shuttle. Thermal foam problems could also be cause of concern. Communication breaks could happen during the take off stage itself. Association of Venus with Moon in Taurus could create electircal failures too.  Let us hope none such problems creep in

I am afraid that  presence of Jupiter in its own house 8th house from lagna , aspecting  Mars in Cancer, there  could make the shuttle to go astray from the normal trajectory

Like in columbia, Jupiter is aspecting Mars during the current take off. There could be problem in the rocket booster systems too after the liftoff. Parts of the rocket booster system could strike the shuttle body during the liftoff before the orbital reaches the space
