What is lagna sandhi? If some one's birth time is 12:13:15 and lagna is being change on 12:13:15 the which lagna will be active, Upcoming lagna or on going lagna???????

Lagna sandhi is defined as Lagna/Asc is in border of two zodiacs. It is difficult to put Asc in one zodiac. People born with lagna sandhi need to consider two horoscopes with Asc/Lagna in two zodiacs. People with such horoscope are difficult to make predictions. Also daily/monthly /yearly horoscope predictions need to consider both zodiacs.
