Guru entering Meena - Sun sign effect, Mysticism, reading, forums, Numerology, Sun Signs, Divination

As per Jyothish using Lahiri Ayanamsha, Guru entered Meena today. I came across a writeup in Astro columns in TOI listing effects of this transit for each Sun Sign.

Since Sun signs is Sayana system is it correct to relate a nirayana transit to this? I thought it is like trying to open my door when a visitor is knocking at my neighbour's door.

Will be grateful if learned members can clarify this.

CRS,
Please don't bother too much about these TOI astro columns. I used to avidly read them until a few years ago and I always found most of them pretty simplistic. You will figure them far better yourself if you use Sun as the reference point in your analysis as opposed to Lagna or Moon. I would classify something this crude as party astrology.

Hi projenator,

I normally don't see any of these, But the big headlines immediately struck me as incorrect. I was wondering why someone who must be reasonably proficient in Astrology would commit a blunder and wanted to be sure whether such an approach is correct at all.
