Both are essential! Man lives in home but must go to office as well! Not all things that are appropriate at home are kosher at office, and vice versa! Some nativities (easier on the jyotishi) work from home, and in that case home and office are located in one place and astrologer charges less accordingly, because less work and service-delivery hours are required!
