Keep in mind some of his prophecies have already come true, to the date he specified. One was the return of the Jews to the Holy Land in 1944. It was predicted, from the Bible, that they would be helped by a friendly country. They were, in fact, helped by the British. Another prophecy was the destruction and rebuilding of the Jewish temple. It was destroyed once, rebuilt on the same spot, destroyed again, then rebuilt on the same spot. This is supposed to be the site where Jesus visited the temple. The prophecy on this is that the 3rd rebuilding would be the last, with the anti-Christ coming to the temple, starting the Apocalypse.
