A VERY IMPORTANT observation, and as a western citizen I recommend that you ponder why it is like this.

I would also look at each question you have made, and ask yourself how it will be possible to look in the star, and then describe your partner,(controlled by the families genes) to find out what education, (controlled by the development of the society) love or arranged marriage (controlled by Tradition)

Your answers are not in the star, but is given by Tradition, and how it in the end it will be, are up to you...if you follow tradition....or if you try to take responsibility for your own life.

If you do the last, then only you have the answer to your questions, because they all stay inside yourself....you know when you fall in love, you know what interest you ...you know what sort of abilities you have.....you know what kind of work is paid good, and available, you know what work is hard to get.

As a human you have got a free will, and a initiative, use them both, and you are in the front seat of your life....stay in the Tradition, and you take the backseat, and let your Tradition create the life you shall live!

Not given as an attack on either Tradition or Vedic...just my own view.

I think we are going into the same arguement of Freewill and Fate which started many times and most of the time ended with no results simply.. coz everyone wants to stick on to their believes And
just like mortal human beings everyone thinks he/she is right coz we believe that we have reasons for it
RIGHT !!!



(Instead of explaining of HOW , I will tell you WHY we can believe,Infact  why some people have reasons to believ.....)

Similarly the way we have believed in existence of protons and electrons inside Atom without looking into the Atom actually.

Simply the way we have believed that human are resulted from Apes without seeing the whole process... and so on.......

Sometimes Truth defies the Logic.....

I think most of us knows how much control we actually have on our life does not matter how strongly u believe in something.... The key word comes to be ACCEPTANCE of facts not CONTROLLING..

U r defeinetely  better writter and expressor than me .. definetely coz of your age and exprience, which i do respect but i think rather than denying traditions have a small , tiny thought I know u can say same about me

BUT problem is that I have reached here from the place u r in .. the world of CONTROL
Simply coz i think things can be right and wrong at the same time.

Since you strongly believe that Vedic can give the seeker his answer, why don't you help him?

If it shall be written in the star which Education, which kind of marriage, how the partner look, how many children, and so on...then should not all Astrologer read the same?

If not....Why?

Is it different directions?.....if so....why....how many...and how shall you read them? When to tell them?  Is these directions given before, or after the seeker have arrived at them?

When you plant a seed in someones brain, and he/she believe in this seed, do they then work towards it?  Is it the star that make this happen...or is it our own will to fulfill what is told us?

When one fight for a belief, that you have the answer to anyone's life, then I think you have a responsibility to enlighten the seeker, to give him/her the answer...because you have an impact on his/her life.

In fact I think the GOVERNMENT have the Duty, to have specialist Astrologer on every birthplace, so they can give a good description on how the newborn shall go on with life.

This will have a great economic impact on Your Country....It will take away a lot of the frustration from people who seek answers...it will bring your Nation to the GLOBAL front!

I myself haven't such skill, I only try to enlighten what I believe, I only try to give the message that YOU as person, has a responsibility for your own life, your family, your boss, your Country....so if I am so ignorant that I am wrong in doing this...then I ask you all for forgiveness....but my ignorance comes not from my understanding in Vedic..which is very low...but more from the fact that the predictions, as MICRO CONTROL of a Natives life, don't function, because that we all can see.......if we open our eyes....if we acknowledge all our errors, and not only cherish our Victory's

Simply coz of a same reason that after visiting 1 (Experienced)physician,
3 ortheopaedic,1 podiatrist,2 rheumatologist and numerous SCIENTIFIC tests(leave the medicines i have taken in) ,I got answer for my sicknes.After repeatative diagnosis of different things:)
I got answer in last doctor.I wonder how AMBIGUOUS these medical books can be that everyone reads same and understands same and still interpret differently. Also, how these so called scientific test which costed a fortune to be developed after so much of research and development STILL goes wrong.And this is quite usual about medicines.
I can go on to other fields also

What is so wrong here    Cant people read simple English. Be it even British Doctor whose English presumed to be good.

Easy conclusions aren't always good conclusions.

You can NEVER put up one error as allowance to do another.

Beside that....in most Country ...all the above professions need to have a public certificate in order to practice their trade, they are responsible for their actions, if it is due to incompetence or error, which their professions should not do.
They don't look in the star for their answer, they look in the human
and I can go on and on....

As for progress...Yes by personal initiative the Human race moves border, but it is those who never gives up that are able to do this thing, not people who ask for which Education to take...or when to marry....or how many marriages, because these people don't have belief in themselves, they want solutions ...they don't want to create them.

As for India's economic progress.
It's again not due to Astrology...but more due to the Global marked have become much easier to move around...if you push a button in the UK you can equal push a button in India, the Robots do the rest anyway.
It is because you can deliver cheap "manpower", it is because of the Net, which makes you central wherever you are.
Your economic progress will increase until another area can deliver cheaper manpower, then it will be moved away, and then it is important that clever souls manage to create other activities, that can substitute those that vanish...in short...it is the Global demand that control it.
