As most of the people in the world are liars, i can think of one most common combination which indicates lying

Sun conjunct Mercury

As for chronic liars, afflictions to Mercury most definitely. I've come across charts of several liars with weak sun conjunct decently strong mercury or combust mercury (placed within certain close degrees of sun)

Hi Sameera ji,
When sun conjunctes Mer it is called buddhadhitya yoga... though a common but still considered to be a very strong yoga..
how can you consider it for a sign for a liar ...

i know Raman ji... was just kidding. But liars with afflicted mercury, i've seen quite a few.

I do lie often, manytimes for simple reasons, just to please people.

I have moon in 2nd house, in parivartan with Saturn in 8th.

Saturn from 8th is aspecting Mercury in 10th as well.
