Is the SAME qualities can be attributed to the FEMALE Natives as well?

What is said for male is also true for females too. But while predicting female horoscope, one should not ignore trishams . In chapter 50 of Jataka Bharnam in the opening Shloka , it is said " the effects which have been spoken of by those learned in Astrology through the medium of the time of birth for men natives are the very ones which should be predicted in the case of the women natives" . It is not only in Jataka Bharnam, but also in Jataka Parijatha, Parashari , and in other astrological text the same thing is said.
