Following is an excerpt of an article posted in this  forum by JS Sandhu regarding Combination for Prositutes and adultery in hindu astrology:

"If the lords 10 and 4 be Venus and Mars the native is an adulterer (Here also the mutual relationship of Venus & Mars figures). "

The above rule signifies Capricorn ascendant for example.

Hence my first question to the fellow members is that,  Are all Capricornians suceptible to adultery?

Secondly, if for a Capricorn Ascendant, Venus is combust in the 9th house and conjunct with mars, does it guarantee that the person is an adulterer/prostitute? This question signifies importance since a combust venus makes a person licentitous in the first place.

Can you please confirm my deductions.

Your first post in Reading forum and this post in discussion forum confirm the dire need to get a reading of your chart.  Your both posts show that you do have knowledge of jyotish shastra. Least have read about it.

Perhaps during your reading you might have come across how to evaluate yogas. There is a excellent book by B V Raman "300 Important Combinations"  where in the author -the best astrologer in last century - has laid down the rules and methods to judge  various yogas.

If *yes* is an answer to your first question of " Are all Capricornians suceptible to adultery?  "   should that sign not be banned / termed worst for birth ?  Dont you feel its too abrupt to reach such a conclusion ?    

Coming to second question - you might also have heard of Gajkesari yoga caused by Jup and Moon. This yoga gives name, fame etc.. and best example is Shri Ram's  chart.  This yoga is present in lot of charts, but yet none have seen another Shri Ram being created again or fame that is lasting as his. In short though a yoga is present it may not give the asaid  results just cos it exists. Supporting dasha, the strength of planets, etc are all to be considered.  

Treating yogas or even planets in isolation  may result in erroneous  conclusions.  I hope you consider  all the rest planets in accordance with Dasa so to get some / a  direction.

I do not want to understand the meaning of the term combustion. To me, it is not a new word in astrological terms.

Neither is my question is of personal nature though I understand where you come from. You are free to deduce and relate though.

I have read an article in this forum itself and have some questions and have posed it to a cross section of people to debate on. Incase you agree or disagree with my deductions, you are free to express your opinion and I welcome it.

I also know the first question that I posed is probably not true and hence I quoted an excerpt from the article and got an example which matched the same.  I actually expect the answer to be negative coming from most people. It really does not take a high IQ to find out the same.

The second question that I have asked is more of a deduction after taking into consideration that the first principle matches. Also assuming the article written by JS Sandhu is correct.

First Principle: "If the lords 10 and 4 be Venus and Mars the native is an adulterer (Here also the mutual relationship of Venus & Mars figures). "

e.g. Capricorn Ascendant

Now all Capricornians cannot be adulterers/prostitutes.

Hence if the first principle is true and if Venus is combust chances are high that a person is an adulterer.

Secondly if Mars is conjuct Venus along with Venus being combust, then chances are even higher.

The reasoning that I have provided is that
1. Combust Venus makes a person licentitious
2. Mars & Venus conjuction makes a person possess high libido.

Now if combust venus is conjunct Mars along with the first principle being true then my opinion is such a person has to be an adulterer/prostitute of some sort.

I have presented my reasons and am looking forward for a validation from any member as to where I am going wrong, if at all.
Kindly refrain from posting common sense answers. Only technical answers are welcome for or against the deduction.
