Mangal dosha are such positions of Mangal, which gives an exciteable nature causing sudden aggressions in marital life.
Mars for Leo Lagna becomes a functional benefic.... which means.... that such a functional benefic Mars in Manglik positions are more positive by nature than others.
It certainly would not absolutely negate Manglik Dosha. It will depend on the spouses chart too.

Hi,
I thnk u didnt get it as it is mentioned by Rishirahul ji that mangalik effect does not neutrailse COMPLETELY even though it
is yogakaraka for leo and cancer lagna but still it does get diluted but yes native still remains with that excitable condition of
mars.
Placement of saturn with mars is also referred by some people as DOUBLE MANGALIK dosha (I think so)to
which i dont agree but yes this wont definetely make condition good.
