So I've attempted to look up a vedic birth chart for me to no avail. The time zone info that web sites ask for I've found confusing and then when I got something even though it said free chart ir would let me copy the info so I could look up interpretations. A lot less straight forward then western astrology I have found. Any suggestions for learning my vedic chart and what it means?[/code]

Sorry if this comes across as too frank, but you should find a good vedic astrologer and either get readings or lessons from him or her, as appropriate to your desire.

One I don't have the money to spare for an astrologer, and two I have too many interests to study vedic astrology enough to learn how to construct a chart and interpret it right now. I was just hoping that there would be some way I could just type in my birth details and then have a chart be calculated and then look up interpretations of the different aspects. I can do that for western astrology easily enough.

I glanced the article. It makes sense that having an astrologer look at a chart gives far more insight but as I said I don't charge for any service I do so I don't have money to spare, but I do have everything I need, so I guess if I need a reading they'll be an astrologer willing to give it to me. I guess I also haven't been fully open to that possibility as most are from what I can tell interested using there skill as a means to pay bill, and their time is valuable and all that.

On a side not does astrology from a past life bear any relevance in this life?

Well as i already said jst find a software know ur chart study basic terminology and go through the introductory lessons (it will take jst few days) and post a query abt ur chart in the relevant sub forum and some one would answer for free and u could understand what they are saying and ask further questions.
