I find second half 1999 and third quarter 2001 very proper for timing the marriage, where 1999 was the ‘wanting to get married with someone sort of thing’, and 2001 the ‘social marriage’.
Somehow I find the D12 affected during the entire period, which leads me to believe that the gap between 1999 and 2001 was probably due to parental obstructions.

Venus – Mars is strongly equipped to give marriage, both the planets are connected in D7 (thanks to Projenator’s concept), and also the planetary transits are strongly indicative, also confirmed by viewing the constellation and sub Mars is deposited in;

2006 brought a new personal environment, through a confusing period, due to frustrations which had peaked in 2nd half 2005.

It is very interesting chart as far me is concerned you see both aacharyas Jup and Venus are in vergottama In Rasi (D-1) chart Jupiter is 2HL and in navamsa Venus is 2H lord
