Thanks for ur help. But before going to the link suggested by you I would like to state that BPHS mentions divisional charts but it only tells how to make divisional charts it doesn't tell how to read them. Besides if we change the time of any horroscope by just say 2 mins.or 5 mins. the lagan chart remains the same but other D-charts change. Now my question is that how can we guarantee accuracy of predictions by reading D- charts. The clock of the hospital or whichever person was noticing the time (when the child was born) that person's watch could be a few minutes fast or slow. We can't be sure that the exact time of birth was noted so how much can we rely on D-charts.
