Such a Saturn in 12th can affect sexual life later in life, the sexual expression can feel stifled due to the waning of romance in love. The sexual needs of the native is very high.

Do you mean vyaya esh Moon here by VE ? If Saturn is opposite to vyayesh Moon...I wud say it predisposes to some delay in marriage ....troubles in marriage ...wud also have to know about Sun , venus and jupiters' relative influence on horoscope before something concrete can be talked about.Mars influence on 7th house also might add to vigourous angered interaction with spouse.....parental interferrence in marriage life.
I know couple of such with saturn placed in 12th in leo ascendant and they married distant origin spouses ...either a foreigner or someone even far settled in homeland .
Even currently this person might have some sort of ongoing trouble with spouse as moon is in gochara rahu ketu s' axis.......unless some strong protective influenes are in innate chart and Navamsha .

I wonder if 7H involves social activities in general? Because i am very social inhibited and have very little contact with people. Also severe shyness as young boy. Can SAT give this effect maybe.

Thanks for your post. Its was very interesting to read. Its accurate.
Even though a feel a need to be alone and reclusive i never feel total peace with my self. Theres is two sides of every coin.
I would say i have been reclusive all of my Saturn maha dasa more or less. Either that is the explanation or maybe the very weak 7th house i have (according to "bhava bala").
