          After reading your post now Raman, , I realized this  RIddhi  is the name of the Wife of Mooladhar moorthy Sri VINayakJI.In tamil  or South India  we use to call the devi's of Vinayak as Sidhhi, and BUdhhi, may be i feel in Punjabi  these  words mean them both only.  While I browsed for this I got the Ganesh Chalisa .Let me post this here please.

Dear raman,

AS per sikh philosophy ridhhi & sidhhis are external powers one invokes as the first step towards self actualisation of the soul for spirtual pursuits. In saadhanas too the relevance of ridhhi & sidhhi is there , Ridhhi is the power to do something extraordinary, sidhhi is the power to invoke the result  of the particular mantra,hym or slokas on will. Generally in the world of sadhaks these two are considered twin sisters. In sikh philosphy striving for ridhhi & sidhhi is frowned at as it hinders the movement of the soul towards selfactualisation and be one with supreme. In plain language ridhhi stands for wealth and sidhhi for success.

Maybe The Query Why ganesh ji called Vakartunda will answer your question better  Raman.

He is called "Vakratunda" (one who turns his face away) and He , does it too; though Ridhhi and Siddhi (wealth and success) are by His side. he does not cast a glance at them. Only those who achieve something worth while in the life  can turn away like Him on  such allurements; besides the word also means on who awards punishment (dand) to those who tread the wrong path, the true thinkers should possess this quality.

Rajeev ji Dukh Bhanjani Saheb is very well known for getting relief from stress also shabad  dukh bhanjani saheb is also very well known among Sikhs for the same purpose..

Dukh bhanjani sahib is a collection of shabads including the dukh bhanjan sahib and its not a one single shabad as you mentioned ,dear younger brother ,'you deserve your ears to be pulled for this.

Believed to be the hinderer of all obstacles, Lord Ganesh is the first to be worshipped God in the Hindu pantheon. The deity who is flanked by his consorts, Ridhhi and Siddhi on either side, imposes a feeling of peace and tranquility to the devotee.
