Dear friend, i read your link now.I admit still  there are child marriages in INdia in remote villages,.We all know the bad  consequences of child marriages. But what we say here is,  that doesnt mean everybody is wrong there.   IN metro's we wont get this sorts of forced marriages.We all feel sorry for these acts of some .Thank u for your kind concern .

I have also read the link, and it brought tears to my face.

I think I must give an ending statement.

I  think such discussion as this can be done in vedic, since Vedic has involved itself a lot in "arranged marriages" and are a big part of that Tradition.

With 1,2 billion people it must be clear that India (among other) has a great deal of diversity, but "bad habits" or "Tradition" can not be changed by law alone, it must come from within, it must come from discussions among yourself, where the bad thing are pointed out and not only put up towards all that ended good.

So if you just see discussions like this as a "small nasty incident from western people", then you use it wrong.....put up your own opinion, discuss with your friends, and let them discuss with other....it must be like the stone in the pond....if not....you will keep the bad Tradition, because the wil,l or opinion to the people will not change because of any laws....as we saw from jojojo article.
