Hi Everyone,
I had this thought few days ago so just thought of sharing it....
This is my personal view and understanding may be right may be wrong but just made me think so im sharing...

In india we have always heard about and have always consider 7 births
for almost every thing, good or bad.Take for example marriage 7 "FERAS"(going around the fire)for 7 births or even curse for 7 births and so on.Thus we have always consider 7 births for learning lessons of life by getting good(marriage)or be it learning through curses....

We also have talked about possibility of 84,00,000 yonis or forms of life which is again divisible by 7.

What i wanna say is that 7 has got some pious relationship with human or indian or hindu culture.There r lessons we suppose to learn in 7 births.
If we see astrology we have got 7 Atmakarakas and according to traditional astrology atmakaraka is considered to be lesson for our soul for present life time.Sanjay Rath ji has said that placement of AK in 11th house makes one good astrologer or in my term in-born astrologer,since it is coming coz of AK,this is something which is inside the native.If we relate it to our births isnt it apparent that we have to learn 7 lessons in our 7 births thru 7 atmakarakas.And if we dont learn they probably become retrograde in our next birth giving rise to retrograde planets,as again believed by traditional astrology that retrograde planets r result of our unlearned lessons of past life.

But against 7 Atmakarakas we have got only 5 retrograde planets leaving Sun and Moon behind.What could be reason.May be this is basic respect given to parents as per vedic culture whom sun and moon represent as natural karakas.On a whole,our parents cant make us learn something which wont help us in our journey of life may be through good or bad way but whatever we will learn from them shud/will become part of our journey.But again Sun and Moon r the worst effected planets by Rahu and
Ketu(who always move retrograde) esp. in conjunction,  making it up for their retro condition by giving them effect of grahan yoga or eclipse by getting close to them thus making them atleast not postively effective in our life like retrograde planets and thus teaching us what we shud have learned in our past life.

One more fact is :- like Sun and Moon our parents are also illuminaries of our life thus they cant be retro coz that will unbalance the whole nature but still as a human we may miss out their teaching also giving rise to conjunction of  rahu/ketu and sun/moon in our next birth.


But even if we dont consider relation of retro planets with our life, doent it
sound like a relation that exist between Atmakaraka and our births teaching us the lesson of life in 7 births in its 7 forms.


I know im trying to put to many points in the same article but this is something which came to my mind and i found this to be quite co-relating with life.But again this is just my personal view.

Dear Raman,
When we introspect is when we open up our mind to more learning ideas, But when we share the prospective ,we annouce our arrival as thinker ,researcher and seeker. Carry the good work , its the quest that leads us further .

One more thought.

The basic karmas or characteristics we suppose get control over and suppose to learn about are 5 :-

Kaam, Krodh, Lobh , Moha and ahamkar

And planets we can get retrograde in horoscope r again 5  :-

Venus, Mars, Sautrn, Mercury and Jupiter.
