Can anyone explain how planets given effect in their Dasha periods? e.g. if its Sun's dasha, how will it affect my life?

Dear Rishikesh,

You have to examine the following b4 you analyse particuler Planet's Dasha period. this is what i feel. Other learned members may add...

you have asked for SUN's dasha so i would encourage you to check...

1. What is your Lagna? is Sun is benefic or malific for your Lagna?
2. Which house Sun owns in your chart?
3. Where Sun is placed? i mean in which house he is positioned?
4. is Sun is in friendly, neutral or in enemy's house?
5. your Sun is In who's constillation i.e. Nakshatra..?
6. Is your Sun is Exalted or Deblitated in your Rasi Chart (D-1)
7. And what is his navamsa position? i.e. where's he in D-9 chart?
8. Is your Sun is alone where is positioned? or any other planets also occupy the same house? (especially nodes Rahu and Ketu)
9. And the house in which Sun is, is that a House of luck?, growth Upachaya House?, or Badhaka house or House of Profession etc you have check..

10. This placement of Sun will also help in determining his Streangth or weakness i.e directional streangth..(Dig bala) of a Sun

After studying this, you are fairly ready to assess the Planet's (Sun's) Dasha period and possible effects...
