Vipareet rajayoga need guidance

i want to know if 6th lord is in 12th house or 12th in 6th or 6th in 8th house. If such kind of situation happnes to be in navamsa chart can we call it as vipareet raj yoga or  condition like 6th in 12th  has to be in lagna kundali only to have vipareet raj yoga???

Study it in Uttarkalamrita, translated by PS Sastry, with a foreword by KN Rao ji, as I have mentioned quite a few times here and elsewhere.

When possible, go to the source or as close as you can -- assuming of course that you are sincere about jyotish and in no particular hurry!
