The twelfth house significations are journeys, meditation,bed pleasure,  sleep,
expenditure, misfortune, left eye and a few more.

for kanya lagna , saturn is 5/6 and mars is 3/8 lords.
6 the and 8 th lords in 12 th cause vipareeta raja yoga that will occur
after struggle. this vipareetha yoga can bring gains  through legacy ( 8th )

on the negative side, fifth lord ( sat) placed in 8th from it impeeds matters
pertaining to the fifth bhava.   for example children and future.
