What you are saying, I have sen this working quite well in SAturn - Venus conjunction.Things like Physical distance from the spouse like spouse keeps on going abroad or lives abroad and native visit bit less.
Also problems in marriage, living life of a celibate for long. and so on.
But sine for females mars can be though to play almost a same part what venus playes for males though Venus is more of a natural karaka of sexuality , marriage and so on..
So in case of females this conjunction can be considerd to be more of a trouble than males.Things like multiple relationship and getting frusrated coz of them coz saturn does coz frustration coz of delays or trivial troubles.
