Maruti will incite Agni and the result will be for all to see.
This combination is termed as Matibrama yoga and not only conjunctions but also opposition of these two grahas will give similar results.
In the Kaalachakra they are placed opposite each other in the diagonal axis and hence it is bad.
why will it reduce the effect of mangal dosha is something i am trying to understand. Will it do so even if Mangal is in the seventh?

Let me put my point of view on this.I have been watching this thread for long but was not getting right thing to say

For makar lagna mars is the worse malefic even though it is in lagna and exhalted .
What we for got to see here is that aspetc of mars and saturn is on 7th house and aspect os malefic has to be considerd
in sync to its natural nature.
Also being functional malefic for makar lagan this will instead aggravate mangal dosha and since placed with saturn it will
further elevate the effect.

I am bit confused on what would be effect of Mars and Saturn in first house for Tula Lagna with Lagnesh (Shukra in 10th house with Sun)
Since for Tula Lagna Saturn is Uccha and beneficial and I guess so is Mars ??

So i will continue from where i left last time.Though i putted in most of the things.
In makar lagna with mars and saturn conjuncted in lagna
(Im talking very generally coz of limited information).

The effect on marriage wont be good and yes mangalik dosha gona be there.
Since 7th house is geting aspect from mars and saturn simultaneously and moreover coz
it is makar lagan thus like karka lagan its flaw lies in 7th house(please refer flaws of rashi chapter
in learning forum).

There are views that mars when placed in exhaltation and mooltrikon it does have lesser
mangalik dosha effect and which i think and found to be bit true but yes no totally removed or
eradicated from the native.Since being temperamental problem mangalik dosha does show
effect in the native.

But one things is there that mangal and saturn together in makar lagna will benefit
native in financial terms.Though bit late in effect but yes financially it will be good.
I hope i would have ben able to bring clarity here.
