if rahu with lagna and ketu with moon (that which in it is a persons rasi) and they in opposition does that mean any thing

for example rahu is with lagna (tauras) and ketu in scorpio and in according to rasi chart they are opposite means lagna and rahu in 2nd and ketu and moon in 8th
