Rohiniranjanji,
I absolutely agree with your point of view.
Which one?
The way this forum is organized (only complaint I have, which I may slip through since Rhutobello is not watching!) -- unlike its earlier MIRROR IMAGE, the New Age Forums (Yes 2 were needed back in the 90s!) on compuserve where you had a nice thread tree (kind of like on yahoo groups. That one is hierarchical (bad word?) and shows who is responding to which message and so on! But I AM NOT COMPLAINING!
Despite all the branding and quality control exercises that have gone on for now centuries, unless I am mistaken, Jyotish (divination actually!) will remain, in my biased view like a childbirth and raising a child!
There are lots of books on motherhood, how to raise a child after giving birth to it and all that with more technical details than anyone may care to imbibe - and yet, I kid you not (ask anyone here amongst the thousand mothers!) EACH CHILDBIRTH is unique and even more unique is the raising of each of those children!
Once we lose that sense of there being something "unique" in each experience, each chart, it very quickly turns into bean-counting! Which parent would settle for that? That their child (each one?) was not anything but the best?
Once divinators reach that mindset and even in one case amongst many -- something so incredible is felt that it makes all of the sweat and blood and anguish worthwhile!
Some stuff just has to be experienced directly and even brilliant and seemingly transparent sharing of the descriptions of experiences over many messages, articles, books and long messenger chats and conferences -- pale in comparison to the fleeting moment or two of DIRECT EXPERIENCE.
I encourage you and ALL to stop reading this thread and go for the direct experience! For that you would have to open your favourite astroprogram and begin looking at the chart!
