Now, as Mercury and Moon are benefics only under certain conditions then how is the yoga going to be formed when they are not benefics in a chart?

Another question, how can Rahu and Ketu both the malefics be in upachaya houses at the same time? So is Rahu and Ketu to be considered for the yoga?

Would be glad if someone can help me understand this yoga.

In one or two charts that I have seen this nearly complete, there was no rags to riches situation in their lives. So cannot comment on whether this yoga works in real life or not. It would be fairly rare. And I would imagine that one will have to take either rahu or ketu in trishadaya as you have rightly pointed out. Then again some take ketu as benefic while others insist that nodes like mercury are benefic or malefic by association.

However, Basab, it seems like you are using Santhanam's BPHS (unless you are using some online version). if indeed santhanam's could you please let me know if he has given the sanskrit slokas (some, all, none) in his version of BPHS.
