Significance of moon in 10th

1. What is the significance of moon (yogakarak for Scorpio) in 10th house (Leo) ?
2. Are the benefits of Yogakarak in 10th house affected if the Atmakarak, Venus (in 11th house) is debilitated?

Hello inquirer,

Debilitated Venus  atmakarak in 11th house will definitely  lead to a struggle for material success,although the Moon will provide consolation for that part

Is the person rather miserly, by any chance? When it comes to spending cash? The nativity and spouse are completely opposite in their spending habits??

intense jealousy and bad work ethic (very similar to GPShukla-note to self!)
