Hi,
I found lots of difference b/w this particular software and the Horoscope explorer, when creating my rasi items.

I found the horoscope explorer giving me all the information exactly whats there in my horoscope which was written manually, but this particular software produces wrong results when plotting the rasi items in the box.

could anyone please clarify me on this.

Dear Friend Horoscope Explorer is a very good software in visual terms, probably the best.

Unfortunaly its planetary degrees, ascendant degrees are not correct in many cases. Their upgraded version has extra feature, but no corrections.

Sadly, astrology software MUST first focus on accuracy and not beauty!

This has plagued jyotish from early days. Beautiful software, gorgeous interface, even svelte software endorsed by prominent jyotishis and on and on had major errors and some still do. Sadly, at times accuracy gets pushed in the background by the pressure to add more features and more dashas or whatever just because the competitor is adding those! I am surprised that many of the major jyotish software did not make a run for the parallax corrected moon which was bombastically pushed by a vocal jyotishi back in the early 90's!

I do not want to take the jyotish software programmers to task. They are basically businessmen and regardless of their personal position, they must respond to consumer demand and I would rather not comment on the latter!

When I am doing taxes that could land me in karmic jail, I would rather go with the ugliest accountant that gives me the correct numbers than the most beautiful apsara of a tax consultant! (I mean JYOTISH SOFTWARE!)

Enough said!
