But, before we get into that mouth-watering topic that the newage world/reality wants to know, a simple question from the village bum:

How do we know that SOUL is dished out into this physical, mayavini reality as a precisely identified and 'bar-coded' package that you and I represent in our present lifetime? And when we die and return in our next birthtime, we would be the identical 'soul-package' that left this lifetime?

In physical reality, as some have realized, atoms mingle! I am not being naughty when I say that! Each breath that you take, you are losing distinctive carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen and oxygen atoms [[duh!]] that were part of your body a second ago, but are not anymore and may actually be picked up by the dog you are walking or the grass you are walking on! THINK about that!

And this goes on several times a minute, hundreds and millions of times through the day or your lifetime! And in return you take in atoms that are new to your body, that you breathe in or eat or whatever!

Is it such a big stretch to conceive that when we die, what fragment or quantum of soul that we were allowed to 'borrow' for this lifetime then returns to the MAIN library and we stand in line again to borrow the "BOOK" that we want to read and work on during our next lifetime?

If you are still with me, suddenly karma and the YOKE of burdens of our past sins which we must now pay back becomes something different. It becomes growth as we begin with those picture books then move on to text only books and then to complicated plots and novels and then to text books and on and on!

The common thing that remains through this chain and imagery of *growth* is that we need to line up each time! And as we line up, and wait we get the time to ponder and further plan what we want next, and to fine-tune our expectations. Looked that way, even lining-up does not seem to be all that big a chore but an opportunity to fine tune our lifeplan.

It is interesting that this imagery has the flavours of free-will and destiny rolled into one. One is limited to have to line-up in the grocery line but while waiting in the line, one can fine-tune how best one would use what they picked from the grocery stalls and mentally work on planning to improve the meal one is planning to prepare with the items one chose and picked up for the meal! It helps if we do all that with the expectation that we shall have a Divine Guest Who may show up for dinner!

Interesting thought, Sir. But who is the "we" then. For, each time, it is a different compilations of fragments. Certainly, each fragment has to be pushed back to the starting line, no credits allowed for the "growths" reached earlier. A new dawn and hey...its back to the last row.
So what price growth?
Seth, once said that everything is happening "right" now ...this very moment. ...

Strange that you should ask today, the day after what is considered as the "Valentine's Day" that South Asian Channel yesterday showed me that it caused a lot of angst amongst fundamentalist groups in India because it was perceived as western values being imposed upon Scriptural Bharat! Made me wonder what India-Hindustan-Bharat-Bharatvarsha-Aryavratta was called before that for it has been around longer I am sure! So it must have a name, many names? As a woman marries several times, she changes many names, many identities, but does Her LOVE for her first born child ever change? I do not know but only such a MOTHER who has been blessed with such an experience can tell and teach us!

Hence the NAGGING from this quarter about real experience and real charts for astrologers as opposed to "Galabaji"! When I someday be blessed to be gifted by MA your company and really your loving shelter, please remind me about this message.

You are right in quoting about what Seth but here is the problem! Seth is not here! He died with Jane Roberts!

And that disturbs me because he gave this impression about immortality and yet all that remains is his thought or our imagination or vision of what we think he was!

How is that different from the GODS? Of any religions??

When in the midst of a desert, with sand all around, heat and dry lips, the leather bottle of physical existence nearly dry and no oasis or mirage in sight -- one can only smile and fall down in exhaustation and kiss the killing sand! It only terminates and eliminates everything that you know or have cared for or about, if you accept this moment as the END!

The mirage continues ...

I suppose, the moment the mirage merges in the reality, the journey is complete.
Surprising is the rise of modern India in the midst of the righteous right 'protecting and projecting' the said 'Indianness". Yet one finds sense in some quarters, this too the part of the mirage. But then, this is not the forum for it. I apologise that there is no jyotish content here.

But allow me to differ on the issue of Seth. It is a physical reality that Jane Roberts is no more. Seth , however, never began so can not end. Seth has lived on in reality in each age, each civilisation, each culture though the name may be different. For Jane Roberts, Seth was that "divine guest" coming to lunch and staying on.......

I will break my promise and post at the top of the thread this time instead of at the bottom as I have made a case before!

You are absolutely right! As always!!

We are born to a pair of parents and raised by them. In a few cases this does not happen and we end up being raised by parents other than those who gave us birth. Obviously, those that raised us were the ones that were the right ones for us! And that was destiny, not free-will! Well at least not ours (the ones that were so raised!) but what about the surrogate but REAL parents?

Obviously in this case we would not know since the source of answers are dead and gone! But the SETH experience makes one wonder if death is all that final, all that "beyond-the-reach?" of true seeking?

I think not ...!

Namastay!
