I apologise Rohiniji incase Ive written wrongly.
Ignorant I definitely am coz I feel theres so much more for me to learn and explore.
But what I meant by contradiction was the ways to arrive at the solution and the methods followed are so different and yet amazingly they all give similar results.
Yes isn't it wonderful? The differences and yet usefulness of different modalities which are essentially different ways of looking and feeling at the universe and human experience. One is not just waxing philosophical when one realizes how finely and intricately interconnected things and happenings are in this universe. Rather than being perplexed, or frustrated, let us be grateful to the Intelligence that made it all possible. And also realize that astrology may have a logical, science-like appearance but there is a lot more to it than just that. And it is not necessary to figure out how it all works. Let us first focus on making it work in our hands. All the rest of gyan can follow when the time is right! It is like driving a car to utilize its benefit. It may help, but one does not have to become an automobile mechanic or engineer, if you see what I mean.
The true spirit to be mintained for learning astrology very well explained.
Again knowing or trying to know the logic behing how it works helps us to understand the logic. And when we can understand THAT, it becomes like water. Of course it may take a few lifetimes to understand it prefectly.

What you say may be true Rishi, but here is the practical problem

While such understanding and 'knowing' is good for the individual astrologer, it does not help other astrologers because once perfection is achieved they move on to other things and the knowledge goes with them since they do not do astrology anymore but become trikalagna (instead of just remaining Devagna) with the activation of their 'jyotishmati' nadi as I once read in KN Rao's article or book. He mentioned that this nadi is described in yogic scriptures
