One of the interesting points about this chart is that both the rising degree and Lagnesh, are in the stars ruled by the Atmakarak. I think that is an important link that makes the agenda of the Atmakarak visible, though Lagnesh and Atmakarak are placed 6/8 to each other.

i read your message re. placement of Sa 12th to AL supported by Ve (L-12 to AL) - it does fit in 12th to AL is what is taken away from us by destiny - and if the tob u posted is correct, then it is a good thing that BG is donating by will - else it wud have been taken away forcibly by fate
..anyways, jokes apart, with Ge lagna, it is Ju 12th to AL and that again makes for a person who would (?have to) donate/give generously.

Nice to see you in the 12th house again.  

The nature of the grahas in 12th from Lagna,12th from AL, pada of 12th, etc. would have a say in the characteristics of the charitable organizations one associates with. Bill and Melinda's Foundation has a kind of detachment to it. It identifies projects that work focussing on issues important to its philosophy and funds those projects. I hope I am making myself clear here, not sure. It does not build hospitals and run them. It funds those who do it. The issues it works towards are sanitation, eradicating disease, trying to make an impact on mortality rates- all forte of Shani Maharaj!

In contrast consider the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy. She has Moon as her 12th Lord and Jupiter in 12th from AL.
