Please tell me the Next Move, in predicting events...

Here we have an example of a Natal Chart of an individual Who is currently runnig Saturn Dasa with Rahu AntraDasa.


After knowing that Saturn is Transiting Leo it will aspect the Natal position of its initial house which is in Libra.(the 3rd). Also the the transit would mean it would aspect Rahu in the 10House in Taurus from Leo. What are the implications of such aspect having known that it is indeed a strong one.

Furthermore, Since Sat rules the 11th house and Rahu rules the 6th house does it have to do with these house matters or otherwise.

And does it have to do with the fact that Saturn happens to be in the house of Venus initially and Rahu happens to be in the house of Venus aswell in the natal chart what would one say about that?

What does the aspect of Sat and Ketu in transit aspecting the initial position of Venus means?

I am kindly requesting anyone with an understanding to shed some light on my thoughts, so I can go in the right direction.
