Divisional charts cannot be looked into as independent chart.

main chart is D-1 or rasi/natal chart. Only if things are specified by D-1 analysis will they bear fruit in divisional charts.

Looking at divisional charts independently is SJC concept.

Most people cannot even analyze D-1 properly and talk of twins and divisional charts

You are missing the primary point that what you call D-1 is itself a divisional chart! It is the first division of the zodiac.

I have no idea of what SJC teaches or believes in. You can take up your debate with them.
