no beebee, it will not be covered by this blanket statement. As I explained elsewhere earlier this evening, the astrological sun is called the atm(a) karak (indicator of self) because it is really earth (where we live) projected in space!

If you don't believe me, I suggest that you join the astrology course that is being given on this forum (with which I have nothing to do, in case you are wondering about why I am recommending it!) and try to get your astro/jyotish bearings straight. If you are sincere, other bearings shall follow!

Hi rr, i know a lot of va. know that sun is atmakarak, but in most cases, funtions as malefic. if you say otheisw, you dont know mch va. Atmakarak means indicator of soul, but it contines to harm native because sun;s natuer is malefic.

I thought sun was supposed to keep us alive, oh expert va (whatever that is!)! Read up on the reality known as Ice Age and what happens during a solar eclipse!

Sun is krura but not malefic!

If Mars aspects or associates Sun there is agression. One Astrologer has identified that in marriages if Mars aspects or associates Sun in one chart and if it is not the case in the other chart there is seperation.

I know a young couple (girl 24, boy 27 or 28) who are in a relationship for about 5 years and going to marry begining of next year.

The girl has Mars and Sun in the same house and she is bit agressive. The boy doesn't have Mars and Sun in the same house or Mars doesn't aspect the Sun but he is more agressive than her.  But I have noticed in his chart that although the Mars and the Sun are in adjoining rasis the distance of Sun from Mars is around 6 degress. Since the Mars is so close to the Sun the agression is there.
