If my two cents have any worth, I would be happy to recommend that your application be seriously considered by the teachers of this course in jyotish that is being offered here on this forum and you be made welcome even if the course may have already started.

I_seek_the _truth has been registered to the Vedic Astrology course, has been advised what he is required to do now.
