Mention the lagn degree as that is the most important thing to decide the character.  
It is true that libra ascendent does have tendency to have lose morals and mars venus will enhance that but whether the person will be of lose morals of highly sexed will depend on placement of rahu , jupiter , moon and most important the lagn degree

Since you post publicly, I share a few things. I could be wrong or hasty, given the sensitive nature of this posting and this individual. But I am responding to a public post, so please accept my apologies in advance.

This person has the lord of 1st and 7th, venus and mars conjoined in the 7th house, both planets strong and mars is also lord of 2nd house (family). Many have stated that when mars and venus conjoin in marriage/conjugal houses one sees an extremely passionate person who sometimes falls into wrong ways, as per standard satwic doctrine!
