Saturn has directional strength there. It can be a bad thing if afflicted. It could give a very stable marriage too.

Saturn always promotes the house it is in and destroys the house it aspects.

Saturn in saggitarius will not give bad effect but placement of jupiter is important too. Here saturn is 8th lord too so it will give you problems in lower abdomen and excretory system along with possibility of 2 marriages.

I hope the placement that you have mentioned is as per lahiri ayanamsha.
