you cant judge it from a single point like this... many factors come into play... like the disposition of the fifth lord and its dispositer, aspects on the 5th house etc. and the planets in the this house.... dasha and transit have to be taken into account as well..

You are right rajeev the depositor and aspects should also be taken into consideration but in total eventuality Male child is very difficult to be concieved by such female.
