पहले मात्य और अमात्य का मतलब समझ लेना चाहिये,मात्य वह जो अपनी माता पिता की ही सन्तान हो,और अमात्य वह जो अन्य माता पिता से पैदा सन्तान हो,अमात्य कारक जब किसी खराब ग्रह से सम्पादित हो तो अमात्य के ऊपर जो असर पडेगा,वह कुछ समय के लिये ही होगा,जिस प्रकार से पडौसी जो कि अपने परिवार का नही है,केतु चन्द्र और शनि का प्रभाव जब पडौसी पर पडता है तो घर के बाहर निकलने बाली पानी की नाली उसके दिमाग को खराब करती है,शनि चन्द्र खराब पानी होता है,केतु से लम्बी नाली जो कि राहु (सडक) के साथ चलती है,के रुकने या किसी प्रकार से अन्य कारण पैदा होने से दिमागी परेशानी पैदा होती है,से अन्बन और लडाई झगडा करने को उतारू हो जाता है,अमात्य के कारण उसके साथ केवल बुध का प्रभाव ही सीमित होता है,बुध यानी बातचीत,इस प्रकार से गाली गलौज के बाद या मन्गल के बीच मे आजाने से मारपीट के बाद मामला कुछ समय बाद याद नही रखा जा सकता है,हर अमात्य का कारक बुध होता है,और मात्य का कारक गुरु होता है ।

Rishiji,

Please allow me to test my rusty Hindi! The statements in square brackets below are my comments and hopefully the following is not taken in the bad spirit or maybe with a symbolic pinching of noses, since open drains have been mentioned by Mr. Bhadauria!

If I understand his "hindi", Rahulji, Mr. Bhadauria is saying:

Whew! I am thankful that Mr. Bhadauria did not include the remaing two planets, sun and venus or his long sentence which shall remain the longest sentence long paragraph in my memory would have captured the entire jyotish players in one sentence and would have created two new KARAKAS, the non-chara or non-something fixed amatyakaraka mercury and a ninth non-charakaraka known as Matyakaraka which is always jupiter, according to Mr. Bhadauria.

I feel drained after this herculean task of translating Mr. Bhadauria's STREAM OF CONSCIOUSNESS writing full of all those open drains and constrictions and other references. Makes me want to go and hug my neighbour and appreciate him. And to thank God that he is my neighbour and not someone else!
