Thats a  very interesting question...

As far as transit Rahu's conjunction with transit Mars is concerned...I am guessing it might have more importance in mundane astrology as compared to studying a natal chart, but still it might cause problems in the area of life governed by the house where the concerned rasi lies.

and as for transit ketu's conjunction with natal moon is concerned, that is generally considered not so good, but still a lot of consideration has to be given on the position of natal ketu and if it is in any sort of PAC relation with the natal moon.

It also makes a difference as to what dasa/bhukti an individual is going through when you are studying a transit because transit of such planets seem to have more of an effect.
Then again it is easier studying the transit effect of slower planets simply because you've got a bigger time period to analyse.
