Everybody,
This is for the attention of all the readers who have a query regarding their chart.

Whether it is a specific question they want to ask or whether it is a reading they are requesting, it is strongly advisable that they post the request in the special Vedic Astrology Reading Section.

The Vedic astrology section is essentially reserved for discussing principles, applications, experiences and opinions different people have.

So, unless it is not something specifically related to the topic, a post requesting a reading/query will not be entertained.

In most of the cases, such a post will be deleted without any warning.

We've many esteemed people discussing and sharing their knowledge and trying their best to help others here on the Vedic Astrology Reading Section. So, please feel free to post any request/query there.

In the present impatient age people are too impatient to follw rules or even read about them too well. Since you have given the notice, now what you need to do is move the right ones to the right forum.

Since the question about moving readings request to the right forum have come up...I will give my thought about it.


A community are like any other real community with rules and regulations.

When someone visit a new community they have to look for what rules are on the place.

Let say....you open your house for visitors.....you don't like if they start to pee in your bedroom...and you expect that they ask where to go...the same here.

If the mod and adm shall start to move all "wrong post" then more and more people will "pee" all over the place, no one learn anything.

When the rules now are made sticky, we will say that any request made in a wrong forum shall be moved to "Jail"....this is most for education to all visiting members, that now are given a signal to look for proper place to put their request.

But it is allowed to use judgment

What a colourful analogy...LOL...  This is wisdom with a twist....heh

I have to agree with Rutho... and in a way also with RishiRahul.  Not all new members read stickys...and just jump into a forum writing...  it would be a pity to scare them off with being too strict from the outset.

Perhaps "first time offenders", can have their posts moved to the right forum, with a polite request remaining on the forum where they wrongly posted...to read the sticky concerning the rules here.  The second time...to the Slammer (Thread Jail).  They have been informed and these are posts they will read because they are looking for a response to their original post.  

To spot a "second time" offender should be easy since all you have to do if you suspect something is check his prior posts all summarised under his personal particulars.
