i've noticed that retro ends on 20th april 2007 at 34 mins past midnight
all ayanamsas and panchangs that i've seen agreed to this
though saturn and sun's position(which control retro motion) are different but their relative positions(both at 108deg apart) are same in all calculations
and suddenly i've seen too many changes around
there was a stormy rain and powercut around 11:30 pm on 19th and when power was back, my calculations were done and time was 12:35 am, exactly 1 min after retro became direct
but for accurate judgement i've wait till july and check with ppl born with saturn retros

after studying drik siddanta and purva ganit i feel al panchang writers in india are correct and are writing panchangs acc. to their living place but not IST.(when we make enuf time corrrection, all are almost same)
also following ayanamsa and using sayana positions, and deductiions look stupid and were neer recommended by any indian sage

Dear forum member,
Since my earlier response did not get posted due to internet problems or was removed by the moderator.
You are entitled to your opinion, but those who have used the traditional indian calculations have never been able to prove or demonstrate that those values are more accurate or relevant to jyotish :-)
I know I may be offending some belief systems but nothing in your post is really convincing me that what you say has been actually verified practically or holds water, shall we say?
Give some examples if you ever manage to work a few out to illustrate your strong-sounding conclusions ;-)
