I want to learn this lesson what are reasons of Paralysis in
which planets causes that and in which house deos it exist in natal chart .

Major khot in his book Astrology & diagnosis has the following to say

Paralysis Poliomyelitis and Infantile paralysis occurs when Mercury, moon and sun and lagna are affilcted. Ninth house rules limbs. Affliction to these house, lord of9th house and Dhanu rasi the  9th in natural zodiac gives rise to this disease. Mercury primarily is responsible for the disease.. When Sun is afflicted  and in the house of malefic and particularly of malefic mercury and Mercury is also afflicted , then this disease appears. When 6 th house and mercury is afflicted and Saturn in airy sign  also be responsible for paralysis. When Moon and Mercury is either aspected by bad Rahu or Saturn or in conjunction with any of these planets and the lord of lagna afflicted then paralysis is inevitable

There are several other combination too.  In the 6th divisional chart if Ascendant or it lord is affilicted either by weak or malefic mercury or the 6th house in that chart is badly afflicted by Rahu or weak moon could also give rise to such disease
