i am working in a pvt sector bank..recently all 500 + staffs desifnation were redesignated -not promoted- to one level higher..viz asisstant manager is now  deputy manager, dm is now manager etc etc..with very nominal salary rise ..its like you get the position but no money..

my question is does all these employee charts had same  common combinations for this change?

But in your group there are five persons,and two ladies and one gents,young dealing whole staff,it is true.And you are asking about for the whole staff,that same chart of everyone,kindly check the works,each person have a different work,each person have a different mind,each person have a different mind.We all are living in India,India is a country and there are more then 1000 political parties,if stars are same for the all ,that means only one party rule on the country,why you make vote to BJP,and other make to Congress,if your staff have same chart that means if one staff person,accedented and die,then all are not going to death.
